Each year, the Mt Dora Boat Center and Marina showcases their business with a spectacular light display. It is the largest private showing of its kind in Central Florida.
At the same time, they also conduct their annual Toys for Tots event. Collection boxes are set up at the entrance to the grounds and admission is one unwrapped toy.
TWO MARINES ARE NEEDED TO GREET THE GUESTS AND TO BRING THE TOYS BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
The uniform will be the white aviator shirt and blue trousers.
The date and time is Friday, Nov 30th, 1800-2100.
The Marina is located only a few blocks from the central part of town at 148 Charles Street.
This is a beautiful setting and the boxes usually are filled. Make a night of it. Stroll along Donnelly street with your significant other, window shop, grab a bite, and then go meet & greet.
