There appears to have been the possibility that some members reserving rooms for the coming 2019 Southeast Division Conference in SC through the online system didn’t complete their registration.
Please read and follow the information provided in the email below.
“There have been some issues with the reservation system for the hotel…..
Namely, if you made your reservation on-line, you may not have gone all the way to the very bottom of the form to say “book my reservation”.
If you have received a confirmation code, you are fine. If not please call the hotel at
843-744-4422.
