In honor of Women’s Health Week, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and American Veterans (AMVETS) are hosting a Facebook Live event to share how women Veterans can help the future of medicine by enrolling in VA’s Million Veteran Program, one of the largest genetics research programs in the world.
The event will be entitled “Join a Million Veterans to make a Difference!” and will be hosted on AMVETS Facebook page on May 12 at 2 p.m. ET.
I need your help promoting this event! I’ve attached prewritten promotional posts with suggested dates to post and links to high resolution versions of graphics. Each post links back to a Facebook Events page with more information. Please consider posting some promotional posts on your social media properties in advance of the event. I will also be writing a blog after the event with a recap and link to the video, and will share the link to that blog when it is posted.
In the past your assistance with promoting these events has made a huge difference in viewership of the Facebook Lives I’ve coordinated. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your assistance!
